No Walk-Ins

We have officially reached full capacity. Strictly no walk-ins are permitted — including unregistered guests — to ensure the safety and quality of the experience for confirmed attendees.

Only if pre-registered. Unregistered guests will not be granted entry. To add a partner or co-owner:

• Email their full name to admin@ttecna.org
• Zelle $250 to admin@ttecna.org
• Include your Member Name & Company in the Zelle memo

Several companies have already paid for additional attendees — we stay consistent with this process for everyone.

Free for Prime Members Registration Closed

Yes — complimentary access to the Annual Conference is a core TTEC Prime Membership benefit. However, registration is now officially closed and we are at full capacity. If you are a Prime Member and did not register before capacity was reached, unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional attendees at this time. Please contact us at registration@ttecna.org if you have a special circumstance.

You can only attend the day(s) you registered for. To request a change, email admin@ttecna.org before the event. Changes are subject to availability.

TTEC Prime Membership covers one designated leader per company — typically the CEO, Founder, or Co-Founder. While membership is registered under the company, only one representative per company is entitled to complimentary Spark conference access under that membership.

Additional attendees from the same company are not included under one membership. To bring a colleague:

• They must be independently vetted and approved by the TTEC Membership Committee before registering
• Contact Hari (Membership Chair) at membership@ttecna.org for vetting
• Or pay the $250 event registration fee via Zelle to admin@ttecna.org (subject to capacity — registration is currently closed)

Note: Simply registering for a $125 membership does not automatically grant Spark conference access for additional company representatives.

• At the door — but this may cause check-in delays

Just give the check-in staff your full name. They'll look you up by name or email — no printed ticket needed. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to clear the registration desk before sessions begin.

Business Formal — Suit Required

Please wear a suit for both days. This is a professional conference attended by CEOs, Founders, and senior executives. A suit — with dress shirt and tie or equivalent — is expected. First impressions represent your brand.

🌙 Early Check-In — Thursday, April 23
If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, you can check in early at the Hospitality Suite in the hotel on Thursday evening. This is a great opportunity to connect informally before the conference begins.

🎟️ Regular Check-In — Friday, April 24
Official event check-in opens at 12:30 PM at the entrance. We recommend arriving at or before 12:30 PM to clear the registration desk before the 1:45 PM program kickoff.

Tip Early hotel guests — head to the Hospitality Suite Thursday night to skip the Friday rush!

Use the Sessions tab in this app. Browse all 8 mentor sessions and select up to 3. You can choose primary picks plus a waitlist. Sign up early — session counts are live and spots fill fast!

Yes — your food preference was collected during registration. Both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options will be served. For other dietary needs, email admin@ttecna.org in advance.

The discounted room block is no longer available — we reached capacity and were unable to secure additional rooms at the discounted rate.

Visit any sponsor booth and staff will check you in by searching your first and last name. This helps sponsors follow up with you after the event with relevant offers and updates.
